Supporting civil servants with a smoother experience
Initially, JSC employees had to manually handle all administrative tasks, including attendance and monthly working reports. The Smart Employee app is designed to simplify and streamline these administrative processes, making it easier for employees to navigate their work.
How I improved the experience
By gathering input and ideas from employees and handling the administrative work myself, I have created the copy for this app to be easily understood by employees. I have used phrases that are familiar to them. Additionally, I have been involved in the design process by providing ideas on what to add or remove to make the design more user-friendly.

What I learned
Internal tools deserve the same care as public-facing products. This project reminded me that better content can reduce stress, save time, and support people doing important everyday work.
