The Problem
As a new product category, Nur needed to introduce a fresh concept to a wide audience without overwhelming visitors. The website had to explain what the app is, who it helps, and how it works — while staying easy to find through search engines and emotionally clear for people looking for inner calm.
What I Did
Interviewed the client to understand the product deeply
Led discussions and content strategy workshops
Conducted competitive analysis and keyword research
Created a full content wireframe to structure the story and flow
Wrote emotionally resonant, SEO-friendly copy that explains the features and benefits clearly
Collaborated with the designer to ensure layout and copy supported each other
Outcome & Impact
The website became the main channel for app discovery and conversion
Visitors understood the app’s value more clearly and engaged longer with the content
Content performed well on relevant mental health search terms
The client shared that the result matched their vision and was easy to build from
What I Learned
This project helped me blend UX writing and copywriting to create a thoughtful web experience. I practiced deep listening and strategic writing for a product that supports vulnerable moments. It reminded me how clarity, structure, and warmth make a product more discoverable and more human.
